How Rera Craft works
We are a little different from most shops — and we think in a good way.
Rera Craft operates from two locations: Reshu is based in the United Kingdom and Dhara is based in India. This means your order is dispatched from whichever location is closest to you, keeping delivery times shorter and more reliable wherever you are in the world.
Every piece is either handmade fresh to your order or dispatched from a small batch of carefully kept stock for our most popular designs. Either way, the quality and care going into your order is exactly the same.

You do not need to do anything — we handle this automatically based on your delivery address when your order comes in.
Processing & dispatch times
Handmade to order
Most of our pieces are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow:
- 2 working days to make and dispatch your order from the relevant location
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email the moment your order is on its way
In-stock items
For our most popular designs during peak periods such as Raksha Bandhan, we keep a small amount of ready stock. If your item is in stock:
- Your order will be dispatched same day or next working day
- Your dispatch confirmation will confirm this
We will always let you know in the product listing or your order confirmation whether your item is handmade to order or being dispatched from stock.
Delivery times
United Kingdom
- Dispatched from our UK location
- Shipped via Royal Mail Second Class Post
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Orders placed before 12pm GMT on a working day begin processing that same day
India
- Dispatched from our India location by Dhara
- Shipped via standard tracked Indian postal service
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch within India
International (rest of world)
- Dispatched from whichever of our two locations is geographically closest to you
- Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–14 working days
- International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
- We will always use a tracked service for international orders
A note on Raksha Bandhan orders
This is our busiest time of year and postal services across both the UK and India see significantly higher volumes in the weeks leading up to the festival. We strongly recommend ordering at least 10–14 days before the festival date, particularly for international orders.
We always hold up our end — your order will leave us within 2 working days without exception. Delays caused by postal services during peak periods are unfortunately outside our control, but we will always help you track and chase your order if needed.
Returns & refund policy
Our policy in plain language
Because the majority of what we make is handmade to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong item
- Personal preference after receiving the order
We put this clearly not to be unhelpful, but because every order represents real time, real materials, and genuine care from either Reshu or Dhara — and that cannot be undone once the piece is made and dispatched. We hope you understand.
The one exception — faulty or damaged items
We stand fully behind everything we make and dispatch. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, we will always put it right.
Here is exactly how it works:
Step 1 — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email us at hello@reracraft.co.uk within 48 hours of your order being delivered. We cannot accept fault claims raised after this window.
Step 2 — Send clear photographs
Include clear photos showing the fault or damage. We need to see the issue before we can assess and approve anything. No photos means no claim — this protects both sides fairly.
Step 3 — We review within 2 working days
We will review your photographs and details and come back to you within 2 working days with our decision.
Step 4 — If your claim is approved
We will offer either:
- A replacement dispatched to you at no extra cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
If we need the original item returned, we will cover reasonable return postage costs and give you full instructions.
What does not qualify
To be fully transparent, the following do not qualify for a return or refund:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor natural variations in thread colour, bead placement or finish — these are a completely normal and expected characteristic of handmade pieces, not faults
- Damage caused after the item has been delivered and received
- Delays caused by Royal Mail, India Post, or any other postal service
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way
- Ordering errors made by the customer
Personalised and custom orders
Any order that includes a personalised note request, custom colour, bespoke design or any made-to-specification element is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances except a genuine manufacturing fault verified by us. These pieces are made uniquely for you and cannot be remade and resold.
We are a small family business — please talk to us first
If something feels wrong with your order, please reach out to us directly before raising a dispute with your payment provider or leaving a review. We genuinely care about every order that leaves our hands and we would always rather fix a problem directly.
